As we look forward to 2021, we hope that we will continue to receive strong support for our surveys and build on the excellent voting numbers achieved in 2020, in spite of the pandemic. Last year, over one million votes were cast in the Research surveys globally from over 20,000 voters. In the Executive Team surveys over 300,000 votes were cast across the 10 surveys.

This year, we will continue to capture independent data-driven evaluations of companies, brokers and executives as a source of qualitative market intelligence for corporates and investment professionals. 2020 saw the launch of the II Insights Dashboard, which allows companies to define their own set of benchmark criteria, peer group and target demographics to monitor their market perception and perform a capability assessment. The Chinese New Year, and the year of the Ox, also approaches. The last year of the Ox was 2009, following the financial crisis; perhaps a reflection of things to come in 2021 as we emerge from a different crisis.
