2022 Asia Research Survey Results
Results Live: 30th May
The 29th annual survey reflected the independent feedback of 4,813 portfolio managers and analysts at 1,406 institutions, up 27% in voter participation from 2021. Results were collated across 36 sectors, comprising 24 Industry/Macro and 12 Country/Region sectors. The results were dominated by three companies - Morgan Stanley, closely followed by UBS and Citi in joint second place, with Citi moving up the leader board from 2021.
Local brokers - For the second year, we recognised the top ranked local firms and analysts within each of the 11 Asia-Pacific Countries/Regions. Five companies dominated these results - Macquarie gaining five published positions from last year, CLSA, Jefferies, Nomura and Daiwa Securities Group.

2022 LatAM Research Survey Results
Results Live: 6th July
In its 30th year, voting took place across 20 industry sectors (including macro) and across Argentina, Chile, Mexico and North Andean Countries. A Latin America-Based company, BTG Pactual came out on top, followed by J.P. Morgan, BofA Securities, Bradesco BBI, UBS, Santander, Citi and Credit Suisse.

2022 Asia Executive Team Survey Results
Results Live: 23rd June
A total of 5,524 investors, portfolio managers and analysts from 1,521 voter firms participated in this survey, nominating a total of 1,612 companies and 2,606 individuals across 18 sectors. The companies were rated on several core areas, including Financial Disclosure, Services & Communication and ESG as well as attributes for CEOs, CFOs and the Best IR Professionals.
Emerging trends identified:
- Negative market sentiment did not stop investors from voting.
- Current hot sectors in Asia - Consumer/Discretionary, Consumer/Staples and the Internet.
- More firms were being rated on ESG.
- The buy side and sell side continue to share different views.
