As we return to hosting physical events, we will do so safely and with the well-being of our participants at the center of our decision-making. With this in mind, in order to gain access to this event, all attendees are required to participate in the Health Verification Process via one of the two below options:
- Presenting proof of full vaccination (currently defined by receiving final dose a minimum of two weeks prior to event)
- Participate in Onsite Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Testing on the first day of arrival at the event
Proof of Vaccination: Once onsite, vaccinated attendees will need to show proof of vaccination along with a matching photo ID at our Health Verification Desk in order to gain admittance to the event. All vaccination information concerning attendees will be kept confidential in accordance with applicable law. This information is not retained by or shared with Institutional Investor. Below please find the acceptable proof of vaccination options:
- CDC issued (or national equivalent) vaccination card
- A printed copy of the front and back of your CDC issued (or national equivalent) vaccination card
- A photo of the front and back of your CDC issued (or national equivalent) vaccination card stored on your phone or electronic device
Onsite Covid-19 Rapid Antigen Testing: If you are not fully vaccinated prior to attending the event, you will be required to take an Onsite Covid-19 Rapid Antigen test on the first day of your arrival at the event. A third-party testing company will administer the Onsite Covid-19 Rapid Antigen test in a private setting at the conference. Please note you will be sent instructions and a testing registration link via email by Institutional Investor. The third-party testing company will provide you with a testing consent form and communicate directly with you concerning your respective test.
