Looking at the past three Retirement Income Symposiums hosted by the DC Institute, we’ve mapped the roads toward mass adoption of retirement income solutions, we’ve seen a thousand flowers bloom in the arena of ideas, and we’ve helped plan sponsors and providers wargame the theoretical in the real world of participants.
The industry continues to hurtle towards a tipping point for retirement income solutions and strategies at a quickening pace, and research after research shows a solidifying majority (or at least a plurality) of plan sponsors are prioritizing retirement income. Given all the different great ideas and tailored practical solutions at hand, it’s time for the industry to imagine the once imaginable – a DC plan of the future that does not treat retirement income as an add-on, but as an integral, unavoidable component.
Join our 4th Annual Retirement Income Symposium, a virtual celebration gathering the biggest contributors to the advent of retirement income among plan sponsors and providers and hear how the industry is climbing towards new heights and how your plan should be joining the fray.
The Defined Contribution Institute was created to serve DC plan sponsors, and we rely upon an Advisory Board of plan sponsors to help conceptualize and guide each event’s agenda. We sincerely thank this year’s Advisory Board as well as everyone who has provided — and will continue to provide — input to ensure that the topics we are addressing are current, practical, and pertinent.
